We moved on up!
Great building. Amazing amenity spaces. Fabulous staff. After 5 years of living in the city, we’ve found our home. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to move to The Ryland

Great Place to Live
We have been here two months and are delighted with our apartment. Location is fantastic. The units are very nice. We have a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows and an amazing 180 degree view. Management is great. Incredibly nice and responsive. They regularly check to see that all is going well. Have had very nice interactions with other residents. The gym is a real gym that is well equipped. Love the front desk people. A great experience.

The Ryland- Review
We have absolutely loved our time at The Ryland thus far. It starts with the leasing team and concierge- always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also the location and amenities are some of the best in the city!

You’ll Love The Ryland!
I’ve lived in a few different apartment buildings while living in Philly and The Ryland has been our favorite by far. First time staying in an LCOR property and we have nothing but good things to say.
The management team is on point and approachable. They make you feel at home from the moment you tour the place. Also, we haven’t had a single maintenance or apartment issue like leaks, broken appliances etc.
We came from the Piazza where we had a negative experiences so moving into The Ryland was a breath of fresh air. You won’t be disappointed living here.

Wonderful apartment
The staff is absolutely wonderful and do everything to make it truly feel like home. The amenities are spectacular, frankly some of the best in the city. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful, while the building was truly designed for residents to have everything at their fingertips.
