An ok apartment
The apartment is ok but the costs are where it looses points. There is almost nothing included in the rent. More so, any changes to the lease to add or remove people or change anything costs $500. The down payment was $2100 or so. Overall, the management is unprofessional over email and not very helpful. They also raised the rent for this year. If I could move, I would. Unfortunately, the lease begins and ends in November which is not conducive to our semester.
