Safe, Comfortable, Functional with Some TLC

Initially very dirty and visually unappealing but spent 2 days cleaning with parents’ help and now feels comfortable and clean. Manual lock on apartment door did not work initially but maintenance answered call same day and fixed before nightfall. Very safe badge-access complex. Located across from Liberty University’s Annex off-campus dorming for undergraduate students. 5-10 minute drive from campus so very accessible.
