Great place, rare issues. Prices are increasing.
Lived here several years with partner and pets. Spacious floor plans, lots of storage, large basement in townhomes. Lots of parking. Close proximity to grocery stores and other locations.
Cons: 2nd floor gets VERY hot during summers, moreso than typical homes. Rent increases. Sometimes maintenance can be lazy, but they are quick to respond. In-between a 'nicer area' and an area with high crime.
