There are parks and trails accessible. Its urban meets suburban, lots of students but also families and working people. However there isn't that much culture to it. Lots of chain restaurants and the mall, few/no breweries, cafes, or fun restaurants nearby.
Noisy neighbors. Very close to Mesa College.
The community has a lot of homeless.
