Basic studio in older building

The Windermere has basic apartments perfect for students. The building is definitely older (ie. drafty, water damage, old bathrooms, thin ceilings) but with utilities included and a responsive/nice management. The location is excellent, close to 16th/14th streets and Dupont.

Highly Reccommend - Affordable, Great Neighborhood

That is all there is to it. Highest quality management, great finishes, and best location. If there is a space available, take it.

Comfortable and cozy near both Dupont and U Street

This building is well situated with access to both the U Street corridor and DuPont circle (a solid 10 minute walk to the north entrance of the Metro). The building managers are generally very available and responsive to inquiries or requests for assistance.
