The Terrain
Complex can be described as ok. Building is very old, has been remodeled but nothing special. Very nice kitchen and accent wall in the bedroom. Very illogical set up (3 closets in a one bedroom?) & the washer & dryer are in the bathroom. Overall, it is quiet & a cab ride away from most places but after living here for a year I'm not completely impressed.

The Terrain
Like most apartments in Austin, it's expensive and only financially manageable because it's a lengthy bus ride from downtown. Management deals with issues swiftly, though, and the staff is friendly. It's also dog friendly, which is a plus. Some of the units have yards
