Love the building, location, and people!

Battery Park is the perfect place for the upscale Tribeca feel but with a slightly lower price tag. It is also perfect for pet owners because the area and dog parks are the nicest I have seen anywhere in Manhattan. Great location next to the Financial District because all the subways funnel together, so it is very easy to travel to anywhere in the city. Super pretty area right next to the Hudson River walkway and very safe also.

Battery Park City Reviews

Battery Park City is an amazing place for families, pet owners, and people who love being able to go for a run in NYC. It feels incredibly safe at pretty much all times. That said, the social scene is somewhat lacking as the area generally dies down at night and it's very hard to convince people to go out in Battery Park City relative to other neighborhoods.
Lots of open space and beautiful runs/walks along the water. Good restaurants, shopping, and a movie theatre, but not a huge bar / social scene.
Only downside I can say is there aren't as many restaurants and bars as busier parts of the city, but depending on the night that can be a nice thing.
