Living Upstairs

UBR is great on location and amenities, situated literally upstairs from Bethesda's numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The building amenities look great, though our unit has some wonky floors after what must have been a big leak in the past. The staff is friendly and professional most of the time. Some of the other residents are full of shit, though, so renter beware.

Quiet and spacious

Love our apartment- right across from Giant and close to many restaurants/shops/metro. The apartment itself is spacious and has a lot of counter space in the kitchen which I love. The bedroom has a walk in closet which is a perfect for the two of us.
