If you live with family and have a car, it is a good place. Quiet, spacious and safe. No restaurant in walking distance. Grocery nearby is a little expensive. The bus stop to school is 10 minutes away.

We love Lake Village. I have lived in 5 different rentals throughout my career and this is by far the best property management I have experienced. Apartment is approximately 2 miles from Ross. Two bus lines are within walking distance and a bike commute is easy. Complex has a dog park on site and a small gym for residents. Apartment includes covered carport or garage depending on unit. Grocery store w/i walking distance. Sadly no real bars are within walking distance. Uber is usually reliable however. Units are updated with new countertops and appliances. Neighbors are responsible students or young professionals.

South view has lots of sunlight. Each apartment has already an assigned garage, if applicable

Good option, 3 min walk to the bus stop and then 5 min to Ross

The apartments are very good, place is quiet and the adm of the place are amazing! Downside, a little bit away from downtown. If you have a car, this place is awesome, and even if you don`t the bus stop is close and convenient as well.

Good and new apartments, really quick repair service for appliances. Very close to bus line 36 (just run on weekdays)

I love our apartment layout. Great wardrobes, spacious and with large rooms and living room. The condominium staff is very fast in solving eventual apartment issues, even on weekends, and the condominium almost every other month offers free events to integrate inhabitants. One bedroom apartment is great size for a couple, and first floors are great for pet owners since balcony connects to the back yard. Every apartment has individual entrance, so it feels more like a house then an apartment, and I like that privacy.
