1014 Woodlawn

The house was renovated right before my group moved in, so all the appliances are in really good shape, and everything is well insulated. The rooms are a little small though - there's only one way to fit everything in my room, even though I do have ample closet space.

The landlord has been a little slow on some minor maintenance issues, but with repeated prodding we've generally gotten things fixed. For major lease related transactions (initial signing, resigning), they've been fantastic, very up front about what we needed to do to secure the apartment for our group, and reasonable when some of the lease renewal terms were not to our liking.

Really great house!

We are super lucky to be the first renters in this property since it was acquired by this company (I believe); this used to be a private residence. The company remodeled much of the house and the fixtures are all up to date and functional (including a washer and dryer in the basement). The rooms are decently sized and the bathrooms are all updated. J Keller has been very responsive to our requests and overall a great landlord. The location might be too far for undergrads (it's about a 10-20 min walk to the diag), but its perfect for us (we are all grad students).

Adorable House

I live here with my roommates and we love this place. We are very pleased with the quality of the place. I never want to move.
