Do not rent with Tree City Properties

The landlord will scam you. She makes up charges re: deposits. She consistently lies. Aside from the deposit issues, she left me hanging after my electricity went out in the middle of winter at 9pm and offered no help.

Do not rent from Tree City!

The landlord is the least professional person I've ever interacted with. She refuses to fix anything, and is rude in the process -- she blamed me for the 45-year-old washing machine not working. She tried to withhold our security deposit for no reason. The entryway/staircase had exposed nails everywhere. The building is definitely not up to code. Do not rent from them!!
