Angry landlady for cute place
My place is a great one bedroom in a "lively" neighborhood ( this is code for loud tailgates, but fine on most nights). It has lovely features like natural light and tons of built-ins. But my landlady is uncommunicative and, often, downright hostile. She does not send notices if an automated payment fails to go through (even during my third year of living here and paying on time). Rather, she waits three days and sends a bill for the late fee. She blames tenants when really old cabinets break and is generally very hard to get in touch with.
Also, there is only one thermostat for all 4 units, so my place is very hot during the winter - I sleep with the window open and pay 1/4 of the heating bill for the escaped, unwanted heat.
