Great space for the price
Great amount of space and great location.
Apartment pros: 1 large bedroom, big kitchen, huge closets, lots of light/windows for a basement apartment, beautiful exposed brick walls, garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave, forced air heat, building has off-street parking (and street parking is available as well)
Apartment cons: 2nd bedroom is really small (great for an office), small living room, no laundry in the building, no air conditioning, no pets allowed, parking lot is not plowed in winter so it gets icy, the furniture that comes with the apartment is gross
Location pros: Super close to law school and S University area
Location cons: Can be loud- lots of parties in the building/neighborhood
Management pros: Very responsive to emergencies
Management cons: Does not do a lot of basic maintenance
