912 S Forest

Cheap and convenient to the law school but far from downtown. Lots of undergrads. The management company is okay.

Decent place great location

Oxford is very responsive when it comes to maintenance and other requests. They also offered us 9 month leases which is great because it is very difficult to sublease in Ann Arbor. Building is pretty basic but the location in reference to the business school is great.

Spacious and convenient

I think rent will be going up next year. Not the nicest building, but there is plenty of space and the location is very convenient for getting to and from Ross.

Older building, but cheap, convenient, and lots of space

5 minutes walking distance from Ross and another 5 minute walking distance from South University bars. 1 parking space, mostly covered, comes with the rent. Very spacious for 2 with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. No issues with leasing company to date.

Washers and dryers on site but sometimes they don't work. A good amount of Ross MBAs live here, but there are a lot of undergrads as well, which hasn't really bothered me much at all.

Close to Ross, lots of Undergrads

About a five minute walk from Ross, which is a perfect distance. Apartment is two floors, which makes it very quiet, though the building doesn't seem to be a "party complex". It is near a bunch of sororities and undergrad party houses though noise doesn't seem to be an issue. Building is furnished but make sure you get a full size bed included in the lease otherwise you'll be stuck with a twin. Stove is getting up there in years and the vent barely works. Coin-op laundry is less than ideal. Storage is included in the basement though it is sparsely used. Not the best apartment I've ever lived in but

Good value, lots of space, but no frills

This apartment unit is a duplex model so you get a lot of space for your money. In general, things are clean and functional, but it is not the most up to date. The walls are very thin so there isn't a ton of privacy and there are a lot of undergrads in the area so it can be a little loud at times. The best feature is the apartment's proximity to Ross - only a 7 minute walk away.
