Powderhorn — 9/10 Rating (based on 4 neighborhood reviews)
Across the street from MIA and a park, the immediate surroundings are beautiful (great for walks) and quiet compared to the rest of the city. Yet, the apartment is on the border of the bustling and hip uptown neighborhoods, with eat street literally three blocks away. The only complaint would be parking can occasionally be difficult with the current construction and roadwork... but this is temporary.
