Affordable, convenient location
Was hesitant about our basement unit, but can't complain because it's extremely affordable (rent will increase in Fall 2017) and is furnished. Had some issues in the beginning (e.g., beds weren't available by move-in, loose tiles in bathroom, leaking pipe) but we were able to make it our cozy space.
