Santa Monica

Coastal City with a Lot to Offer
Santa Monica is an iconic West LA neighborhood nestled right into the coast. You can enjoy upscale retail and restaurants on the Third Street Promenade, stroll down the Santa Monica Pier and visit the Pacific Park amusement park, and enjoy relaxing waves on the beach all in this beautiful city.

Santa Monica is a favorite option for students and working professionals who want to live in a walkable, safe area by the beach, and still have good nightlife and dining options. The neighborhood hosts fewer students than other areas due to the timely commute to the UCLA campus and the difficult parking situation.

Santa Monica — 8.8/10 Rating (based on 5 neighborhood reviews)
This apartment is south of downtown Santa Monica, closer to Venice. Personally I like this because you're in a quieter neighborhood but within walking distance to all the action. There is a Vons within walking distance and several others within 10 min driving.
