It's been good, but the new management sucks

I've lived here for 2.5 years. Was an excellent value when I moved in, but prices jumped significantly when new management took over about a year ago. Apartments are undergoing renovation, so I suspect the price will be even higher for anyone moving into a renovated unit (which mine is not). New management leaves much to be desired, but the property is nice and in a good location.

Good pricing for the facilities and location. Facilities are in good condition and management generally provides adequate service.
