Very clean, but there was temporary construction that was very loud.

I have really enjoyed living here. I live alone and the unit is spacious and gets great sunlight. I live on the top floor so I have a great view. Maintenance and the office staff are decently responsive. The office staff has been nice and helpful when I needed them. It could use some more parking spaces but I like that it is included in rent and that my guest can part anywhere.

Welsley Park is a great place to live. The only downside is that you are pretty far from downtown. However, there are tons of places to eat, shop, and have fun in the vicinity.

The apartments are not super fancy but they are clean and, in my experience, pretty safe. It is a gated complex and you have to have a code or an app (or a clicker) to get in. It is pet friendly and there is a dog park that is pretty nice. My unit includes a washer/dryer and all of the units have valet trash pickup (from in front of the door) Sunday - Thursday. There is a gym and a pool and there are usually a couple of small events each month (e.g. a food truck or small celebration). There is a coffee bar but I haven't been to it. The office and maintenance staff are all very nice and helpful. The website allows you to pay rent and make maintenance requests online.

There is not much kitchen storage or counter space (in the model that I live in). There is also not a lot of sunlight in this particular unit.

My partner and I have had a wonderful time here with our two cats. While rent is a bit on the higher side, we enjoy a quiet, peaceful apartment building insulated from Kingston Pike traffic and the noise of the interstate. Our landlord treats us well, and we have had no significant issues at any point in the 2 years we have been here.

I love our apartment, especially for being in law school! It is about 12-15 minutes away from the law school which provides a nice breather from campus. Most of the residents are young couples or young families, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The apartments are extremely clean, spacious, and well taken care of. The parking lot and apartments are gated which always makes me feel safe. Our apartment has tons of sunlight and is very open and spacious.

I have never seen a college-like party occur here. The majority of residents are working young adults. However, there is still diversity present here. Middle-aged all the way up to the borderline elderly can be found living here. It is a quiet community overall which is great for studying. Additionally, it is a gated community and only about 15 minutes from campus that has a pool, gym, and dog park. A lot of residents have pets, but I personally have never had any issues with pets being out of control/loud.

This community is very quiet which is great if you are in graduate school trying to study. Very pet friendly with a dog park and plenty of grass around. Very well built with practically no variation in ceiling height within each room making measuring to hang pictures or TVs very easy. If you live on a certain side of the complex, you have a great view of the mountains on a clear day. Very close to a Food City, West Town Mall, Drakes, and plenty of other restaurants. Garages and storage units available although there is never a shortage of parking spots outside. The entire community is gated so it feels very secure. Great sidewalks directly outside of the community to run/walk. Great pool and gym. Maintenance, as well as management, is very responsive if needed. Majority of people are in 20s or early 30s but there are still people all the way up to 70s living here.

Apartment is great. They have a large dog park, a decent pool, and generally respond promptly to all maintenance requests.
