Safe and lively apartment complex
The Alexan LowerGreenville is close to campus and is in walking distance to all the fun on LowerGreenville and on KnoxHenderson. The property is extremely nice, new build that host many resident events. The property is also dog friendly has has fantastic amenities. The only con is that there are rarely units available to rent.

Great for new residents to dallas!
Have loved living here. Great location close to lower Greenville and close to school. Neighborhood is being completely revamped and getting better by the day. I don't have a dog, but about everyone in my property does, so great for that aspect too!
