No major complaints. Valet trash is available but not as advertised. Pool closed really early into the year.

Great place!
Only 7 min from Gerlach. Very easy commute. Wonderful staff, have daily conversations with them. All utilities included in rent except for electric. The place is fully furnished and is modern. Has great amenities including a pool and gym. The entire apartment complex is leased by students at OSU.

Geared towards undergrads
My experience at The Griff has not been great. It's definitely marketed towards undergrads or grad students who don't use their apartment for studying. It's incredibly noisy and the walls are paper thin. Since moving in 4 months ago, I've had to complain about the noise three times; the music our neighbors were playing was so loud our walls were shaking. Even more annoying, the fire alarm has gone off at least twice a month every month since I moved in. The amenities are comfortable, and the office has been easy to work with, but if you want to avoid loud college parties, do not live here!
