Not “luxury living”
Rent raises every year for no apparent reason. No updates to apartment, building interior, pool area, or landscaping, which is still ruined from the ice storm of 2 1/2 years ago. I have complained about damage, was told things would be fixed, they haven’t been. Maintenance is spotty. I have put in orders for the same repairs in some cases 3-5 times, and the issues STILL aren’t fixed. Very apathetic and callous management. They seem to not care if we stay or leave. This is not “luxury living” as advertised any more.

The building is NOT maintained in terms of ANY capital improvement. Our elevator has been “out of order” for 3 weeks. We have regular flooding in our garage.
