Love the location!
Perfect location, I can get to school in 5 minutes in the morning without the highway. Great pool and amenities. Pretty expensive but is worth it for what I get. No complaints!

Quiet, plenty of guest parking, amenities are nice, a bit of noise from highway. Kind of unaffordable living alone

Bell Knox is fantastic. Underground parking and a gym are included, and the complex is really close to campus.

Bel Knox District
It is nice area and building that is placed nicely between the west village, Greenville, and campus while being close to 75. The area is getting more expensive with recent builds, but it is a safe and decently new building.

Bell Knox
It is a solid place. Close to the law school for a 5 minute drive and also centrally located within Knox-Henderson. A quick drive south or east will get you Lower Greenville or Uptown. Lots of Construction in the neighborhood, it will be exciting to see what the neighborhood looks like in a year or two.

Great place to live
I really liked living at this apartment. The units themselves are very nice - brand new, lots of storage, and nice finishings. The pool is really nice and usually quiet, although it is small. The gym is also small but has everything you need and is never busy. Management is very responsive. My only complaint would be that they needed more package lockers - you have to follow your tracking closely to know where it is going. Another note is that there is the occasional vehicle break-in in the parking garage (not so much an issue with the apartment - this is very common all over Dallas), however management is always very transparent and quick to communicate out when in happens.
