Bustling Downtown
Culver City — 7.8/10 Rating (based on 4 neighborhood reviews)

Upper Ivy
Easily walkable with lots of independent restaurants and coffee shops, great grocery options, close to the beach, not overcrowded, not too expensive! Mostly young working professionals and young families. Good bars nearby, but more restaurant/bar than club/bar.
