Home to several parks and outdoor spaces, including the 640 acre Marymoor Park, Redmond offers sports fields, climbing walls, preserves, hiking trails, and more. Redmond is serviced by several highways providing access to Seattle. This area also has some public transportation options, including the King County Metro and Sound Transit Express Bus. The centrally located transit center (bus lines to Bellevue and Seattle), spacious mall, and walkable shopping options (Trader Joes, QFC & Target) make Redmond an ideal neighborhood for singles and families alike. School are great, night life (local bars) are okay, and fine and family dining are all nearby. Welcome home!

Pros: Close to stores, close to park and main highway. Great staff, free parking, walking distance to local gym and grocery. Close to schools.

Cons: Tiny gym, parking garage door not working.

The Onyx
There is good public transportation into Downtown Seattle. It isn't super busy which I appreciate. Things are a little bit spaced out, but still everything that I use is within a half mile. My commute is less than 30 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by car, and my wife can walk 5 minutes to her work.
