East Nashville

Laid-Back Living
A laid-back community, East Nashville is full of fine-dining restaurants, coffee shops, and funky shopping choices. It sits across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville. Many homes in the area were built in the early 1900s which appeal to families looking to preserve the rich history of the area. Nearby, Nissan Stadium is the main attraction for locals. For football fans, it’s easy to catch a Tennessee Titans home game. At the center of East Nashville is Five Points, which is packed with music venues, small bars, and boutiques for shopping.

East Nashville is also home to some of Nashville’s best-loved restaurants like Marché Artisan Foods, Graze Nashville, Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen, Grillshack Fries and Burgers, and Pepperfire Hot Chicken. The bar scene offers fun options for those who enjoy a night out with friends. Trendy bars in the area include 3 Crow Bar, Rosemary, The 5 Spot, and Duke’s. East Nashville is a great place for people who crave casual living, yet want the luxury of being close to downtown Nashville action.

Best neighborhood in Nashville. Fun, walkable spots, great restaurants, huge amount of locally owned restaurants and stores. You will have to drive, which is the only downside. 10-15 minute morning commute and 15-25 depending on when you leave in the afternoon.
