Off the mainland of Florida, South Beach is most well-known for its hopping nightlife and exciting social hubs. There are plenty of fashion stores to visit in South Beach, from famous chains to indies. Lincoln Road Mall is the popular strip in town for the residents of South Beach. There’s even a modern art museum for anyone interested called Wolfsonian-FIU. At the museum, visitors can witness a collection of sophisticated modern art pieces. In the center of town is Flamingo Park. This park includes a basketball stadium, swimming pool, and soccer field. Most of the residents like to do their grocery shopping at the local Whole Foods Market.

There are many restaurants and bars worth a look when in South Beach. Highly rated restaurants in the area include Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, Chalan on the Beach, Byblos, and Pane & Vino. Bars in the area that are great for a quick drink and a social scene include Bar Collins at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, Finnegan's Way, The Playwright Irish Pub, and The Clevelander Bar. South Beach is a great spot in Florida that is buzzing with activities and places to enjoy.

South Beach is incredible for an active person! I love being able to walk everywhere I want to go and a safe place to ride my bike and go on runs. I also take advantage of the local free events and of course the beach!

South Bay Club is in a fairly safe neighborhood. There are many stores, restaurants and bars located within a walking distance. It is also easy to find public transportation and/or cabs.
