Northwest Dallas

Close-Knit and Close to Transportation Hubs
Northwest Dallas is a collection of tightly-knit residential neighborhoods - including Love Field, Midway Hollow, and Northaven Park. Love Field and the city’s Medical District both contribute to the city’s thriving economic status. A collection of streets in Northaven Park have the fun distinction of being named for Walt Disney characters. Many newer homes sit alongside those constructed during the 1950s. Near the Dallas Love Field airport, the area is a transportation hub, perfect for people on the go. With plenty of places to dine, drink, and socialize on your night out, Northwest Dallas is a great place to live. Some restaurants include El Rincon Del DF, Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, and Celebration. The bar scene includes Mother Truckers, The Cockpit Bar, Inwood Tavern, and Time Out Tavern Sports Bar.

There are also plenty of outdoor recreational grounds where residents can escape the busy city to enjoy the nice weather of Texas. There is the Luna Vista Golf Course, MoneyGram Soccer Park at Elm Fork, Spring Trail Park, Grauwyler Park, and Bird's Fort Trail Park. Nearby is The Mustangs of Las Colinas Museum with great art exhibits - some even held outdoors. Northwest Dallas is an excellent place to live if you crave a sense of community and being close to Dallas’ transportation hub.

Northwest Dallas — 8/10 Rating (based on 2 neighborhood reviews)
Not a ton to do within walking distance but that should change soon. Light on traffic for the city, and pretty quiet.
