You get what you pay for

The rent is great and the water and electricity being included means that you know what you are paying for. There is also a package room and I have never had a package stolen like many of my classmates. I only know of one other law student who lives in the building but it is walkable to Regents and Shoreland where many students live
The management is lacking and has a constant revolving door of people. The building was treated for roaches and that stopped the problem for a while but I have recently seen one near my apartment. The hallways are dirty and the trash shoots often get clogged and the problem unresolved for weeks. Half of the driers and laundry machines do not work. A maintenance request I put in went unfulfilled for 3 months and was canceled by staff 3 separate times without any resolution.

Decent apartment

Residents are mix of students and working families. The rooms are small, but they provide a free storage unit on each floor. Maintenance, and management are hard to get, but they eventually show up.

As the title suggests, take a virtual tour first. If I had the chance to go back to the past, I would have rented elsewhere.
