I love this place because I can do anything I want. I've been late with rent multiple times and management never gets mad because they have their hands full with a bunch of other stuff like people getting evicted or being rude. I keep to myself, I use the pool, I like the access to the bus line and I shows respect!

This place is a true dump. If you enjoy living in squallor (I don't), but am trapped in a lease, have to deal with it and live here. I've heard gun shots, the cops are constantly here, and people are always smoking weed and having loud parties. I don't feel safe, and I don't feel like anyone cares. Even as I write this I can hear people fighting and quite frankly I'm over it.
