The location and rent is tough to beat. The property is not modern but it is pretty well maintained for its age and price.

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment that's in a small building of about 10 apartments total. I LOVE the apartment itself. It's a very decent size, kitchen appliances are all new (ish) and there is tons of closet space. I only wish Internet and electricity were included in the (admittedly a little steep) rent.

Great apartment in Glover Park, which is walking distance to campus (about 15-20 min walk). Street parking. Washer and dryer in basement. Dishwasher in unit. Spacious, true one bedroom. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Glover Park, bars and restaurants. Great management- if I have a leak or anything that isn't working they will take over and get it taken care of very quickly.

The apartment is perfect location if you are at Georgetown Medical school. It is a 20 min walk to campus, and it is in the heart of georgetown so it is perfect for going out at night - you can walk everywhere. Also its 5 min from dupont by cab. There are not many apartment buildings in Georgetown so it is a nice option if you don't want to live in Arlington or Dupont, and don't want to live in an English Basement. The management company is terrible - signing the lease was awful as they are all a bunch of jerks - but once you sign you never see them again - just pay your rent on time and they won't give you any problems. The building is old, but the units themselves are big. All and all its a good spot if you want to live in georgetown in an apartment building without roommates.
