Great Location - Great Building
This apartment building is only 12 short blocks from Fordham Law School. The doormen are very helpful, friendly and make residents feel safe. The price is expensive, but comparable to others in the area but the square footage is larger: 500ft studio. Found through Dean Heitler at Elliman.
The location can't be beat - great restaurants, across the street from Fairway, two blocks from Trader Joes, and two blocks from the 72nd Street subway!
