Kise Estates Apartments Review
I would not recommend moving into these apartments. During warmer months, we have had issues with cockroaches, ants, and other bugs getting in since there are so many gaps in the windows, sliding door, and inside the radiators. We have also requested maintenance for various issues, including a broken dishwasher, which took months to replace and other issues such as a closet door falling off the hinge due to rusted hardware was just bandaged and broke as soon as it was used again. Management has been rude and unhelpful as well and there is trash scattered all over the grass and parking lots. The hallway to get into our unit always smells strongly of smoke, and recently someone spilled what smells like rotting food and did not clean it up. People with dogs do not clean up after them and the grass right outside our patio area has had a pile of dog poop for months (we don't own a dog).
