DO NOT MOVE HERE

Living here has been one of the worst apartment experiences I have ever had. Staff is constantly rude and wants to rush you off the phone. Constant noise. Staff does nothing about noise complaints. They constantly are finding reasons to enter your apartment. The first several months I lived here they had standing "we may enter your apartment any time in the next 30 days". Even beyond that they've entered my apartment without notice and I only knew because I have cameras. The appliances don't work well. It takes forever for them to fix or replace anything. It is not worth the cost of rent to live here. They yearly will repaint the parking lot and give you no option of somewhere else to park. There was black mold in my dishwasher when I moved in that they never cleaned even after we reported it during the move in inspection. Their fire alarms don't work properly, something (not fire!) will trigger them causing all the alarms in the building to go off. The older maintenance guy is extremely rude and treats you like you are inconveniencing him and wasting his time if he ever has to do work in your apartment. It took them 6 or more months to replace the broken seal on our fridge when we moved in, and they did such a poor job there is still a gap in the door when you close it. It seems like they intentionally do this so you don't call for maintenance again. The apartment is also extremely drafty. There is an inch gap between the floor and the front door. You need to put plastic over the windows and patio door in the winter or your heating costs will skyrocket (and your apartment will be freezing).
