Fair Oaks Apartment Homes
This place is great. Beautiful, but slightly aged apartments with character and style. It has a staff that is kind, accommodating, and quick to fix any problems. For the size, location, and character of the place, you'd be hard-pressed to find something better for the price.

Great apt, great people
The folks that work here are so nice, its a really great community with a beautiful courtyard. I moved in site-unseen. The front desk folks were really great, taking pictures and helping me pick out a layout and get all my forms in remotely. We signed our lease in May and moved in in July.

Review on Fair Oaks Apartments in Uptown
If you have a car this is the place to live. For the large size and great quality of the apartment, $1,164 is a great price. I love the management (I have never been able to say that about an apartment I've ever lived in), they are friendly and timely with repairs etc. The building is older but it is still very nice and is
