Student discount
This place is great! It has a lot of amenities. You have a small park for dogs inside the apt. There’s a laundry room with 20 washers and 20 dryers. The balcony looks nice and it’s right off the green way! You get a 7% discount because you are a tommie! It takes 6 or 7 minutes to walk to from the apt to campus! The gym is nice and it has a sauna. I like it here than the other apt I stayed at

I love the apartment itself. It's spacious with updated fixings. Being on the greenway is quite wonderful - aesthetically and cathartically. Many other UST students live in the building and it is about a five minute walk (a few blocks) to campus.
I have had some trouble with the building management. For example, my apartment was not ready on time - I've been told that this is common. The elevator I reserved was also not available at the time of my actual move-in. Getting packages at the time they arrive is more or less impossible since they are taken in by concierge, who will not release them unless they've registered them.

One Ten Grant - Great Place to Live
I really like living at One Ten Grant. The management is responsive and kind. A lot of things are included in rent, which helps a lot. It is expensive to live here, but it is cheaper than other apartments in the area. I would not live anywhere else in downtown Minneapolis.
