Rosedale Estates is decent

We got a free garage stall with our apartment. (not sure if they are still doing that as a promotion.) The building has a gym as well as an outdoor pool. The gym is good for the average person. I'd recommend a different gym if you like to go every day or want more options. The pool is nice but the concrete outside of the pool area is not well kept. (sometimes cleaned every other day, sometimes every other week.) The apartment itself is huge for a one-bedroom. It comes with a balcony and a/c unit. It's close to a lot of restaurants, the Rosedale mall, and a park and ride. The park-and-ride has express buses to Minneapolis (20ish minute commute. ) However, when dealing with the leasing agents they are kind of slow at getting things done. It just takes some extra patience but it is worth it for the apartment. (Can be frustrating for those who like fast responses.)
