Quiet spot in the 'burbs
Really hated living in downtown Minneapolis, so we took off in summer of 2019. I'm happy we did. Somerset Oaks was tight. My townhome was twice the size of my one bedroom downtown apartment, and the rent was about the same. Nice area abutting a park, with ample greenery.
This is a great spot for older students, particularly nontraditional students.
