Wilde Lake Apartments

Wilde Lake apartments are very nice for the price. One of the cheaper apartments I found that still looked nice. Less than a 15 minute drive to work and 3 minute drive to short pump makes it very convenient. The property staff are very professional and try to help with whatever you ask. The units are recently renovated but the buildings are still fairly old so expect to have a couple maintenance issues in your time here.

Love this place!

I have lived here for almost a year and I have to say that this is the best rental place I have ever lived. It has a fitness center, pool, and the apartments are spacious with big windows that let in lots of sunlight. Living on a lake is nice because there is always wildlife to watch.

Great roommate layout

Very close to West Creek and East Shore campuses. It takes about 15 minutes to commute. Great price value. Surrounding area outside of the apartments is not very pedestrian-friendly, because of sparse sidewalks and lighting at night. However, the neighborhood definitely still feels safe. Seems far from other popular housing options, such as ones in the fan, and there are not a lot of nearby entertainment options, so this impacts the social rating. The amenities are fine. The gym is acceptable (though no where near as excellent as Capital One's). The management is pretty great, and they respond pretty quickly to concerns. For example, we had issues with a bedroom door that began to not close correctly due to humidity, and that was resolved quickly. They also fixed a shower head issue quickly as well. The floor plan is nice, because the bedrooms are far apart, so that roommates do not unintentionally disturb each other with noise.
