Great building, great people, lousy management

What a fantastic building! The location is perfect, and the staff is friendly. Management is difficult, but, hopefully, you won't deal with them much. The gym is small, but it's usually empty, it's open 24/7, and it has the basics. Nice rooftop deck. Units facing 95th are very quiet.
