Very nice living space everything else horrible

The place is very nice and has a lot of nice amenities. The management is awful, they never return phone calls or even answer the phone. They lie about situations. There’s not enough parking for residences and they are starting to charge for parking in their gated parking lot where the gate is broken and any car can come in and take parking spots. The rent is expensive and you have to pay for utilities and the trash Butler and the trash. Butler sometimes doesn’t even come to pick up your garbage.

The neighborhood right around the apartment is nice, two great restaurants. Just past it is a little sketchy and getting to Kennedy.

I feel safe most of the time, I carry pepper spray for solo walks at night. There is a large homeless population that gathers nearby. But the security in the building is sufficient.
