Nice experience with little flaws
I have been living here for a month. The managers are friendly, the location is homely. The rooms are a bit spacious and the apartment is nice. But, the storage rooms are a bit smaller than expected. Neighbors are quite most of the time.
Regarding the trash bin service, sometimes they forget to take our trash. Otherwise, it's fine.
I think the rent is a bit higher, excluding internet (which we bought it ourselves) and electricity (we need to pay this separately too).
Overall, it's a nice experience.
