Great location, not great price

The apartment is nice overall. Clearly been lived in, not like some of the brand new buildings around. Includes granite countertops in the kitchen and wood floors throughout the small rooms. Maintenance and staff are friendly and quick. And the location is great, less than 10 mins to campus by car, 25 minutes on TRAX and there’s a Trax stop a block away. However the walls are very thin, Internet is not great, and sometimes we lose hot water. It can be hard to study with the noise at night.
