Exactly what you might expect
It is a spacious place in an excellent location. Walking distance to school and groceries and right off the highway. I love the place and especially the location.

Fantastic, quiet community tucked away in central location
Great things about this apartment and neighborhood:
- good schools for kids
- parking includes a garage AND a parking spot/driveway.
- Close to lightrail
- very quiet, very tucked away, lots of green spaces and play grounds
- very safe with gated entrances
- responsive management
- great floor plans with lots of storage and very spacious with nice details

Fantastic apartment community near the airport
This is a fantastic apartment community. The community is great - nice small community feel, new apartments, great amenities, wonderful management folks. It's super close to the airport, in the not-skeevy part of Seatac. It's got great freeway access, and it's just 10 minutes from the lightrail station at Angle Lake, and from there, a stress-free 50-minute nap to UW. I've lived here 3 years and I am so glad I picked this spot.
