The Galleria
The unit conditions vary significantly. Mine was nice, but I've seen others that aren't so nice. I lived there for 3 1/2 years, and the rent went up significantly each year, unfortunately. The courtyard, pools and gym are nice additions, but it stinks that people are allowed to let their dogs poop in the courtyard grass when kids play in the courtyard all the time. The management company isn't very responsive at all to suggestions for improvement.
