Great for older students or pet owners

This is a very nice, newer build. There are many different floor plans to choose from, and nice amenities, from secured parking to a gym to a rooftop space. This building is pretty expensive, but they offer MFTE units, a program which is available to university students, decreasing the cost by several hundred dollars per month. The management and maintenance is very responsive, and they throw multiple events for residents throughout the year. There are several bus lines right outside the building which run right to campus or to the light rail. The building is extremely pet friendly, and has an outdoor dog run on the 2nd floor. My primary complaints about this building are that I get limited sunlight during the day, and that I have an unsavory neighbor or two (although you might get that anywhere). Overall, if you are an older student who would like to be a bit further from the chaos of campus, or if you have a dog, this is a great building.
