Expensive, good location

Newer (expensive) property in a great location in Wallingford where you can walk to QFC, Walgreens and restaurants. Overall seems safe, although there are some more sketchy looking people at night lately (but this neighborhood is way better than U-District). Walls seem a bit thin so sometimes its too easy to hear outside noise. Decent community amenities, but no running machines in the small gym. Front office administration seems adequate. If you have a car, you pretty much need to do paid parking $125/month, since outside there are not many parking spaces. If you take the bus, the bus stop is right in front. Its pretty expensive so I probably won't renew my lease.
