Laguna Gardens Review
When my lease is up this year, I will have lived at Laguna Gardens for 3 years. For Boulder, the rent price is reasonable and the apartment is pretty spacious (although rent will be over $100 more than when I first moved in). The 2 bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs and everything else is downstairs. There is a small backyard which is great for barbecuing and pets. The people who live around the neighborhood are really kind, and Laguna is located right next to a Safeway, Rite Aid, and a few restaurants. Additionally, it's only about 1.5 miles away from CU. Unfortunately the units don't have washing machines/dryers, although there are 2 laundry rooms for the residents. Additionally, management does not always come fix problems when you let them know, especially if they don't feel it's a pressing issue (our bathroom light/switch went out and they didn't fix it for 3 months).
