Great building

A beautiful view, friendly neighbors, laundry in the building, an elevator, hardwood floors, a gas stove, and very responsive super.

Hamilton Heights Reviews

This neighborhood has great bars and restaurants, great parks, and real NYC culture. It's a fantastic place to live as a young person.
Up and coming, with lots of new coffee shops and bars, though still block-by-block in terms of safety.
Definitely up and coming, but a lot of potential. It is also much safer than it was a few years ago and seems to be continuing that trend.
